11:00-11:30 – Speaking with RR Donnelley about paper selection, verifying postage, running through various scenarios concerning the page size and misc. production issues.

11:30-12:00 – Put together e-mail blast for Roseland Ballroom.  Test to Nancy.

12:00-2:00 – Dentist Appointment

2:00 – 3:00 – Met with Gina Bardwell from New York Historical Society as well as a freelance designer.

3:00 – 3:30 – Lunch

3:30 – 4:00 – Sitelet work (SohoSoleil, George Gee Orchestra, Libation)

5:00 – 5:30 – General Production (Banner impressions for Worldwide Express, random sitelet corrections (George Gee Orchestra, Helen Mills Theater, Providence room specs), e-mail, find old ad that Salon ran with us for Nancy)

5:30 -8:00 – Processed print ads (Getty Images, Gotham Comedy Club, Spirit Cruises, Webster Hall, Copacabana, Triserve, BB Kings, Tentation)

8:00-8:30 – Finish up, help Nicole and Dana with Trade Show ad, making low-res PDF for her viewing, etc.
